1. Our Commitment to You

At Hunt Landscaping LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional lawn care and landscaping services with honesty, reliability, and attention to detail. Our clients can expect transparent communication, top-quality workmanship, and respectful service every step of the way.

2. Service Standards

Quality Guarantee: All services performed will meet the highest industry standards. If you are not satisfied, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of service, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Punctuality: We strive to complete services on the scheduled date. In the event of delays (e.g., inclement weather or unforeseen operational issues), clients will be informed as early as possible.

Professional Conduct: Our team will always conduct themselves with courtesy and professionalism while on your property. Disrespectful behavior or carelessness is not tolerated.

Property Respect: Care will be taken to avoid damage to your lawn, landscape, structures, and personal property. Any accidental damage will be reported immediately and resolved to your satisfaction.

3. Scheduling & Service Access

Appointment Scheduling: Services may be scheduled on a one-time, bi-weekly, or customized basis to suit client needs.

Property Access: Clients are responsible for ensuring the service area is accessible on the scheduled date. Obstructions such as locked gates, vehicles, or pets must be addressed in advance to avoid service delays.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.


4. Communication Expectations

Client Inquiries: All calls, texts, and emails will be acknowledged within 24-48 business hours.

Weather or Delay Notices: If weather or unforeseen issues impact your service, you will be notified promptly with an adjusted service date.

Feedback: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback after each service to help us continually improve.

5. Billing & Payment Policy

Estimates: All estimates are free and provided in writing with clear, itemized pricing.

Invoices: Issued upon completion of service or monthly for recurring accounts. Payment is due upon receipt unless prior arrangements are made.

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Major Credit/Debit Cards, and approved digital payments.

Late Payments: A late fee may apply for invoices not paid within 10 days of issuance. Service suspension may occur for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations: Services canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Company Cancellations: Hunt Landscaping LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone service due to safety concerns, weather, or operational needs—with prompt notice to the client.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for services not rendered as agreed.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information, including personal details, property access codes, and billing data, is confidential and will never be shared or sold.

8. Commitment to Military & First Responders

As part of our community values, Hunt Landscaping LLC proudly offers service discounts to active military, veterans, and first responder families. Proof of eligibility is required to apply these benefits.
